It was quite a busy weekend, on Saturday we had Latvian Winner Show in Riga. We started our trip already on Friday to be in time in old Riga. 500 km and a 2 hours boat trip took some time, especially when it was raining. And yes, same thing was ahead of us directly after the show on Saturday afternoon.

But main things first, on Saturday morning we hit the rings and when it was pouring rain, we were lucky that this summer show was indoors. We had Crash, Kerttu and Piper with us. Unfortunately Viivi started her heat and it is not allowed to show bitches in heat in Latvia. Even it was Winner Show, only 35 Miniature Schnauzers were entered and judged by Ms Julija Aidietiene from Lithuania.

Destineez Crash Run Into Myla

Crash got massage lsat week and that really made him work better and fly on Saturday. Movements were like youngster’s and he also showed himself great. This guy is a pleasure to show. Results of the day were Best Male 3rd after a junior and international champion, which meant that Crash got his first CACIB together with the second Latvian CAC.

Imbrez Too Bizzy To Care

And such a fun time we had with Kerttu. She was up on her toes already in Finland: Can I come, can I come, may I… She moved again with drive and did what she can best. That was awarded with Best Bitch 3rd.

Myla’s Cookies’n Cream

The main reason for the trip was that Piper needed one more junior certificate to get her first title. And also there were a junior winner title available in the show. And she got them both… Coat was already over and Niina took that down directly after the ring. Butshe was defenitely still in excellent show condition and it was enough to get the Latvian Junior Winner title and the last junior certificate for Latvian Junior Champion. Unfortunately she was unplaced in best female competition, which was a bit surprising.
