This year’s short holiday was spent on warm and sunny Ransäter and Karlstadt in Sweden. As there were three International Dog Shows in a row, this one was not to miss. Off we went with four dogs: three salt&peppers Fenway (Sterling’ Green Monstah), Happy (Sterling’ I’m Here To Imbrez) and Aida (Imbrez Born To Boogie), along came also black Oz (Pixbo Option) to visit his relatives and breeder. Fenway and Happy were after their last CACIBs, and Aida and Oz for Swedish CACs and CACIBs. On Friday, the results were already promising: Fen BM2 res-CACIB -> CACIB and Int Ch, Aida BB2 res-CAC, re-CACIB, Happy CH2, Oz BM3 res-CAC.
Two new International Champions
How happy can one be? Well, after the show on Sunday, it was hard not to smile. Happy showed like a little star, winning her first BOB, and receiving her last CACIB for International Champion title. Fenway just cleared the third day in hot weather, and finished beautifully as best male, BOS and with real CACIB. Thank you for your kind words, judge D. Anderson (USA).
Two new Swedish Champions
Aida (Imbrez Born To Boogie) hit the jackpot on Saturday and showed her boogie attitude. BOB, CAC and CACIB under judge G. Hagström (SWE), thank you! What a great feeling, this result really means lot to us. Aida is the first Imbrez salt&pepper Swedish Champion. Aida and Mikko even climbed among top 8 in group final, very nice showing from Aida after a long hot day.
Oz earned his Swedish Champion title on Saturday under judge A. Foss (NOR) with beautiful results: BM1, BOS with CAC and CACIB. (+TANGO?) On Sunday the show went on nearly on routine, no more training. Niina showed little Prince Oz (Pixbo Option) BOB, CACIB and BOS was Elin’s Flinga (Pixbo Plinjera). Thank you for judge T. Skaar (SWE). Tack så jättemycket Paola och A-C, och grattis Elin!
