21.-22.11. Roxie’s 2 x Jyväskylä International Show by Anna

Long waited and Roxie’s first official show was big two day International show in Jyväskylä. On Saturday Miniature Schnauzers were judged by Ms Elena Kuleshova from Russia. The first of our team in the ring was gentleman Robi, Imbrez Forever Fenway. Robi performed great, but was measured (for the first time over 35 cm) to 36 cm, which that time gave him very good critique.

When Junior class began, I knew that Roxie is cool, but I was wondering if her ring performance would go jump-jump-backward-jump or perhaps just with nice drive and movements. This autumn we have concentrated ourselves mostly to agility than show training, so I felt a bit uncertain how Roxie’s first show will be. In the ring our junior showed herself with dignity and braveness, but a little smile in her eyes. There were 4 excellents out of five in junior class and Roxie got one of excellents. In my opinion this was a huge start for her career and we did get a lot of experience.

Next were high quality class of Open bitches. Also Zer-sisters Era and Dina were involved. Both sisters got excellent with cq and Dina, Imbrez Formalizer placed herself to Best Bitch 2 with reserve Certificate and reserve CACIB. Congratulations! Thank you Annamaria for showing Dina.

First hotel night to Roxie!

How nice it is to relax after a long show day with your best friend (miniature pinscher Toto) and play on the clean white sheets. On Sunday we were early on the road, because it was scheduled that pepper & salts were supposed to be judged directly after white minis. After change of judges all Miniatures were judged by Darko Drobnjak from Serbia who judged Miniature Schnauzers first time in Finland. Any of us by the ring side did not know how the day would go. Robi (Imbrez Forever Fenway) started the day with excellent results by placing second in open class. I was so nervous before the ring, but glad that Roxie wasn’t. She showed herself just great and the quality judgement was again excellent with cq and winner of the class. Yes, expectations for the weekend were fulfilled. Two excellents and one cq with nice movements in the ring. What more can you hope? Then the Open class, and the winner was Era (Imbrez Formalizer) and the third place to open clas went to her sister Dina (Imbrez Energizer), both with cq. The level was really high in the Best Bitch class with 8 beautiful girls. Four of them continued around the ring and Roxie was placed first! Third was Era! Huge thanks to Anu for helping us all the way with finalizing Roxie’s grooming.

Roxie Imbrez Spicies Included BOB At Jyväskylä Int

In the best of breed ring there were 3,5 years old male and 15 months old Roxie. It is still hard to believe, that judge finally chose Roxie to be Best of Breed among the 26 pepper & salt entries. I’m speechless. Thank you Mikko and Niina for this huge little Inc-girl. I couldn’t be happier! At home Roxie is always calm and relaxed, but still ready for action any time. The loyalty, happiness of life and courage still surprises me.

Thank you team Imbrez for showing all the beautiful dogs in Jyväskylä. Unfortunately we couldn’t be there, but you seemed to do pretty well without us as well! –Mikko and Niina–
